Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Full payment is required before an order is processed.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Coolerbox Sunday reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may increase during promotions or event periods.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Estimated delivery time:
Major cities: 2–4 business days
Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email or SMS.
Coolerbox Sunday is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
The item is damaged upon delivery
The incorrect item was delivered
To request a return:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Provide proof of purchase and photos (if damaged)
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds
If a return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.Coolerbox Sunday will not be liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply.
